CURRENT COVID RESTRICTIONS

Recently all COVID-19 restrictions between the United States, the EU and UK have been repealed.  You will not need to complete an EU/UK passenger locator form before you travel, or take any COVID-19 tests or quarantine when you arrive in the EU/UK.

COVID still exists, so we ask that you be as careful as you can on your travels.  If you are feeling sick during the tour we will ask that you test for COVID.  If you test positive, we will make every effort to keep everyone safe and healthy which could include maintaining distances, wearing a mask for events, or exclusion from certain activities.  We will include everyone as much as is determined safe for the group.

Because of the recent uptick in COVID cases RenAdventures recommends being fully vaccinated.

We will keep you apprised of changes to these international regulations which may change at any time.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS: Payment of the deposit reserves your place on the tour.  Full payment must be completed two months before the start of the tour to prevent cancellation of your reservation.  Payment installments can be made on our website at www.renadventures.com/product/payments/ or check made out to RenAdventures LLC.  Checks can be mailed to 4400 Arrowhead Road, Richmond, VA 23235 (checks must be received with enough time to process before the deadline).  We reserve the right to treat the booking as canceled by you if the balance due is not paid by the final due date.


2. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, REFUNDS: We are happy to accommodate you as best we can; reservations are transferable to another person for no fee. If the reservation is canceled, the $500 deposit is non-refundable.  Cancellations up to 180 days before the start are eligible for a 100% refund of all payments made above the deposit.  Cancellations between 179-150 days before the start of the tour are eligible for a refund of up to 75% of all payments made above the deposit. Cancellations between 149-60 days prior are eligible for a refund of up to 25% of payments made above the deposit. No refund will be possible within 59 days from the start of the tour.

To transfer your reservation from one RenAdventure tour to another, certain conditions apply.  You may transfer your payment to a different RenAdventure tour if the tour you are leaving would already be full.  If we can fill the tour at least 59 days before departure, 100% of your payment can be transferred to the new tour.  Otherwise it will be treated as a normal cancellation.

CANCELLATION CHART

  • Transfer Name on Reservation: no charge.
  • Cancel 180+ days before tour: 100% refund (minus deposit and non-refundable charges).
  • Cancel 150+ days before tour: 75% refund (minus deposit and non-refundable charges). Cancel 120+ days before tour: 50% refund (minus deposit and non-refundable charges).
  • Cancel 60+ days before tour: 25% refund (minus deposit and non-refundable charges).
  • Cancel 0-59 days before tour: 100% non-refundable.

3. LUGGAGE: Please limit your luggage to 1 full sized suitcase, 1 carry-on size, and 1 personal bag per person.  Please contact us in advance with any special needs.

4. INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AND DENIAL OF ENTRY: Passengers traveling to any international destination must have a valid passport and if needed valid entry documents.  RenAdventures is not responsible for any passenger who is unable to travel as a result of their failure to have the required travel documents, or is denied entry into any country or re-entry back into the U.S. 
IMPORTANT NOTE:  U.S. citizens must have a passport that is valid for more than 3 months (90 days)  from your return date. You will not be able to leave the U.S. if your passport is about to expire.

5. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: By law, unaccompanied minors are not allowed on any RenAdventures tour.  Adult companions of any minor must be at least 21 years of age. 

Most travel excursions, hotels, and other sites outside the United States are not, nor are they required by law, to be handicapped accessible and may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps or other adaptive devices or equipment.  RenAdventures and its suppliers cannot be held responsible if ramps or other adaptive devices are not available.  RenAdventures makes every effort to make every part of our tours accessible, however RenAdventures is not responsible if parts of an excursion have become inaccessible outside of RenAdventure’s control. 

We reserve the right to accept or reject any person as an excursion participant, and expel from the excursion any participant(s) whose conduct impairs the safety or security of the group or whose behavior is deemed incompatible with the interest of the group.  Any expenses incurred to remove or return such a person to the departure city will be charged to the expelled participant(s).

6. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: All members of RenAdventures LLC are obliged by international law to report any illegal activity we are witness to.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:   This Fair Trade Contract shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Should a dispute or controversy arise concerning the terms and conditions of the Fair Trade Contract or involving a claim for loss, injury or other damage arising out of or relating to your trip, any legal action against RenAdventures LLC shall be brought exclusively in the Virginia Court of Common Pleas of the City of Richmond.  

If any term or provision of this Fair Trade Contract is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such holding will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and provisions.
