Come with us and experience all the delicacies of Italia. Take part in a truffle hunt. Taste the joy of and make gelato in San Gimignano.  Witness the magic and science of how Parmigiano-Reggiano is created. Partake in many cooking classes with locals. Sample the sensational Cannoli from the Nuns of Palermo. Oh and pizza, learn to make and feast on delicious pizza from its birthplace in Napoli! Itinerary

March 1: Monday

Arrive in Palermo at 10 am to see the Four Corners, Fountain, Convent, and the Duomo. Finish the day with a 5 pm puppet show and a 7 pm dinner at A'nica.

March 2: Tuesday

Explore the market for stiggiola and cacciocavallo cheese, then take a cooking class to make soup, arancine, rolatini, and cannoli. Shop and have a 6:30 pm dinner at Bar Duomo before catching the 9 pm ferry.

March 3: Wednesday

Arrive in Naples at 7 am for a sfogliatella breakfast before checking in and taking a pizza and tiramisu class for lunch. Spend the rest of the day exploring Pompeii.

March 4: Thursday

Start with a mozzarella class and lunch at Pizzeria Port'Alba, then go see the Veiled Christ. Wander and shop before getting dinner.

March 5: Friday

Drive to Caserta Castle for a morning tour and lunch at the castle. Drive three hours to check into agriturismo La vita e' bella for an 8pm dinner

March 6: Saturday

Have cromelettes in the morning before making the drive to Florence. Spend the rest of the day enjoying a latte class and a pasta class for dinner.

March 7: Sunday

Visit the Duomo after breakfast and enjoy a picnic lunch at the Bobolli Gardens. Spend the afternoon going on a treasure hunt and visiting La buchetta.

March 8: Monday

Drive to San Gimignano for a truffle hunt, wine tasting, and lunch. Check in and enjoy aperitivo, dinner at Vecchie le Mura, and gelato.

March 9: Tuesday

Take a morning gelato class and grab a quick lunch before driving to Modena. Enjoy a vinegar tour and have dinner near your hotel.

March 10: Wednesday

Start early at a cheese factory, grab lunch, and do some shopping for prosciutto. Wrap up the day with a pasta class featuring cheese and prosciutto.

March 11: Thursday

Drive to Milan to see the Last Supper, get lunch, and explore the Galleria and Da Vinci Museum. Watch the sunset at the Duomo before eating your last supper.

March 12: Friday
